The basis for this is the cooperation with our associate DeFinVa Deutsche Finanzvertriebsagentur GmbH, a financial services institution licensed under Section 2 (16) of the Investment Firm Act (WplG) and supervised by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), under whose liability umbrella Transaktionswerk Investment Services GmbH acts as tied agent.
